Type: The automation is managed by an OMRON CJ1M CPU11 CPU with an NS5 panel. Our activity consisted in the integration of parts of the plant into the current management system.

WATERWORKS SYSTEM

Location: Italy

Customer: ELETTRONOVA for IRIS ACQUA Srl

Type: Our client requested several modifications to the software of the existing system for the management of a tower of the waterworks. The automation is managed by an OMRON CJ1M CPU11 CPU with an NS5 panel.

REVERSE OSMOSIS AND FILTRATION

Location: Brazil

Customer: HYDROTECH ENGINEERING Srl

Type: The automation is managed by a Fail Safe series 300 CPU while the interface is implemented on a SIEMENS panel of the KTP family. The activity included the development of simulation routines for the verification of plant functions.

2011

REVERSE OSMOSIS

Location: India

Customer: HYDROTECH ENGINEERING Srl

Type: The reverse osmosis process software is based on the cyclical management of sequences provided to us by the customer. The code developed by an ALLEN-BRADLEY COMPACT LOGIX is managed and parameterised by the operator through an ALLEN-BRADLEY PANELVIEW. A SIEMENS MICROMASTER was used to manage the pump motors.

ULTRAFILTRATION

Location: India

Customer: HYDROTECH ENGINEERING Srl

Type: The ultra-filtration process is also based on a cyclical management of sequences. We substantially kept the same hardware configuration as the reverse osmosis system.

2008

DESALINATION PLANT

Location: Algeria

Customer: CME for VEOLIA ITALIA Srl

Type: Commissioning a seawater desalination plant. It is essentially a process of osmosis. The peculiarity of the machine is a pressure-recovery turbine. The automation is managed by a SIEMENS S7300 with TP panel, MASTERDRIVE drive and reverse osmosis hardware.

2007

WTP FOR TURBO GAS PLANTS

Location: Italy

Customer: CME for VEOLIA ITALIA Srl

Type: The automation software developed manages the general part and the interface between numerous systems for the purification of the turbine cooling water of a combined-cycle power plant. Given the delicate nature of the process, a redundant SIEMENS S7400H CPU was chosen to ensure the continuous functionality of the automation.
